Well,at first,if u feel that ur life is boring then u better dun read this.My life is juz simple.Every sunday and monday nite i go play badminton de.At night,from 9.30-11.30 i weight lifting and sometimes sienz i go study^^.I dont realli play a lot of on9 games even if i desperate to play coz i
wanna be strong and healthy.If u juz think healthy and strong is useless then u r terribly wrong.I know la u all thinking like tis when old edi automatic die ah then means u all no nid do exercise?Juz everyday sleep,eat,play,study,watching tv.Well,i used to be like tis and i changed coz too many ppl say like a worm or smtg like that.I hear dao sienz liao lo and so frustrated.In this world,almost all ppl is like this,lazy and dun exercise.Work out a bit la and active more in sports.You all see Arnold Scwarzenegger althought he take many drugs such as steroid.If u so weak ah,sure somebody will bully u when u grow up that time.You all play sports oso is NOT ENOUGH u all must do workout oso at home.The school kurikulum also can help but oni a bit oni.You wanna be strong,follow these steps.
