What is cardiovaskular and why dun we call it as exercise?

Cardiovaskular training is a activity that keeps u moving.Exercise is different coz its a warm ups.
Cardiovaskular training is important to burn calories which mean fats in ur stomach.Cardiovaskular exercise such as jogging,cycling,skipping.Do it three times a week and about an hour.That should reduce ur fats in ur stomach.Most importantly DO NOT EVER EAT JUNK FOOD COZ IT INCREASE UR FAT A LOT.If u wanna diet can,but u must eat.Diet means u eat but all healthy foods.If u on diet which u didint eat anything that will reduce ur muscles size,protein,carbohydrate and all ur energy.Most importantly is u do cardiovaskular training first before u go and hit the iron.Both cardiovaskular training and weight lifting dumbell must be done to gain perfect form.At the same day oso.
