Workout to gain a perfect form
If u wanna be strong follow these steps.Well,u wanna workout at home or gym?To me,gym wasted money oni and workout at home din wasted ur money oni energy.Everyday wake up at least at 9.00 a.m.Even if u dont have a dumbell the weight lifting thing u can do pushup,crunch,sit ups.These three effective ways u do it oni for about er 6 months u can get a perfect form.Every week at least u have to go jogging near a park or anywhere near ur house about an hour.Three times a week.Now about dumbell,u all have to know the method of using dumbell.I used to weight lifting dumbell but in the wrong way until my bro teach me the correct method of using dumbell.When u lifting up the dumbell u have to exhale and lifting down then u have to inhale.Do this about 10 repeatitions and rest about 3 min then do it again and again.If u juz started i suggest u take 1kg de dumbell.Everybody wan to know WHEN do my muscle grow larger?Well,u do it twice a week then after 2 weeks u can c ur growth of muscle.If u ask me then i answer u everday.Rest is also important for ur muscle growth.After you finish ur weight lifting u should go and rest.Drinking water also can help.Everday drink 5 litter of water.
